*I don’t understand why this product is so expensive and has a monthly subscription plan. I can get a sercurity camera for vastly cheaper with no monthly subscription and has all the same perks your camera has. Unless you’re offering like 8k video clarity I can’t understand why I could justify this item.*

Wow, what a terrible video. I have a RemoBell S and I love it. I am looking for a video to share with my Sister inlaw for what she could have since she has no doorbell. An 11sec graphic? That is it? No video of how it looks mounted in the real world? ugh.

Just had this delivered. Purchased online from USA, to the UK. Super fast delivery. Incredibly helpful staff at Remo, nothing is too much trouble. It took me 15 minutes to install, works perfectly. It's a great size, looks very smart. Great picture and sound quality.

I get the notification on my app 5 minutes after someone rang the doorbell. This is consistently the case and happens with both doorbells. Why!?

Why so BIG? Why not 5 inches inches wide by 1.2 inches tall, just like my 4k web cam. The Door Cam 3 is just to intrusive to have on an apartment door. I'm sure I would get complaints from residents walking past my unit as they go back and forth to the elevators. Smaller; I would definitely buy it.

This is the second home in which ruclips.net/user/postUgkx0jZ_lGlDVJhDnmagEU8gn47cmfPNlLQU we've replaced our "regular" doorbell with a Ring video doorbell and we really enjoy it. It is very easy to install and it works very well, with a clear picture through the app and good in-home use (we added the chime, which is also easy to install and doesn't require another thought to use).

No menu in the upper left anymore.

Looking at these comments I see that I am not the only unhappy camper.

I purchased this cam it won't connect by internet and refuses to reconnect I do try to reset all the ever pops us is by the service you all promised even if I purchased the cam i would at least have 3 days of recording but now it's not recording and it won't connect to the internet wtf

What if the reset button doesn’t do anything? The blue light just stays on constantly… no response to any buttons!

I’ve had this cam for a couple of years now and can’t wait till it dies. 720p, crappy audio, delayed like crazy and the batteries only last about 3 weeks to a month. Rechargeable batteries will be drained in a week. Go get yourself a WYZE cam for $29; As good if not better then Ring.

You’re skipping the step that says: (Scan the barcode of MAC in the device body to add) Where is the Barcode located?? Thats what I need to know in order to reset my device after switching out batteries. I cant reset without that step and your instructions here aren’t helping.

Agree. Only try the door bell AFTER you have completely wired in, and registered the product in the app. In my case, I could hear the doorbell ring outside but not inside. I had to reset the whole thing and then re-register the product and it worked.

I really hate how this is set up. I spent so long trying to get my mom and brother to make an account and to have the remo device connect to it simultaneously. I learned that you have to log into the same account. It was the least intuitive thing and made the setup process extremely long.
